The History of African Butterfly We are the largest importer of African Butterfly hair clips in the UK and are part of a network of distributors across the world. Every time you purchase an African Butterfly product, you are helping to alleviate unemployment and poverty in South Africa. From a very small beginning five years ago, with only two clip weavers, African Butterfly Company now employs around 120 people, giving vital employment to people in the region.
