If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or return for up to 2 weeks after you receive the product; however we are unable to offer refunds on postage and handling charges.
Items must be in their original state and have all original documentation including guarantee and parcel summary slip.
An item must be returned in the original condition it was received in, if it has been worn we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Refunds should be requested via phone or email prior to sending item/s back.
You must pay postage costs when posting items back to us.
Items are sold in GBP (£) and any mistake of currency or costs will not be grounds for a refund of any type.
Where a special offer is free postage & packing we reserve the right to keep a sum of money out of any returns to cover the postage and packing costs.

African Butterfly hair clips come with a one year guarantee, if you have any problems with an African Butterfly hair clip please send it back with your original documentation and we will replace it for you.
